Thank you for your interest in one of our properties. We operate on a first come first served basis, so please complete the steps below as soon as possible.

Step 1: Enter the property address of interest, full name, email address and phone number in our Contact Form on this page.

Step 2: If the property is available we will send you a tenant screening application via Zillow.

Step 3: Expect a credit and employment check to your determine eligibility. If eligible you will be sent a lease from Tenant Cloud.

Step 4: Sign the lease, pay the security deposit and first month rent through Tenant Cloud.

Step 5: Move in!!
